FAQ
Frequently asked questions about pet transport and shelter support.
How does PawWay NGO ensure pet safety during transport?
We use specialised vehicles and properly sized carriers for secure and comfortable journeys for all animals.
The temperature in the pet transport area is monitored and recorded electronically, and the driver receives an alert if it goes above or below the safe range.
The driver stops on longer drives every few hours to check on pets, including cleaning their crates, walking them, giving them water, and feeding them when necessary.
Which areas do you cover for pet relocation?
We are based in Estonia and do regular drives through the Baltic Contries, Finland and Poland.
If you need transport for your cat or dog and are flexible with dates, we’ll do our best to combine trips to offer a more affordable pet relocation.
Can you help shelters with pet transport?
We are happy to support animal shelters by organising affordable transport.
We are open to collaboration with new shelters for pet delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with finding new homes. We work with shelters that spay and neuter their animals once age-appropriate.
What types of animals do you transport?
We focus on cats and dogs, ensuring they are relocated safely and comfortably. All pets would need to be fully vaccinated, have microchips, and a pet passport.
