PawWay NGO Campaign Transparency Policy
PawWay NGO is committed to making all campaigns and support activities honest, trackable and trustworthy. Each donation must have a verifiable trail — from the purchase or donation to its purposeful use in support of animal shelters and animal welfare.
1) Collecting donations and record-keeping
All campaign purchases and donations are paid directly to PawWay NGO’s bank account, never to a private person.
Every purchase is automatically stored in our online shop (WooCommerce) reports, including the product, quantity, order number and date/time.
At the end of each campaign, we compile a summary report of total donations and their use.
We do not disclose donors’ personal data in public reports.
2) Use of funds and in-kind donations
All collected funds and in-kind donations are used exclusively to support animal shelters and animal welfare. This may include, for example:
- purchasing food, medicines and supplies
- paying medical or veterinary bills
- shelter utility costs such as electricity, water and heating
- transport, temporary housing or quarantine costs
Donations are not used for personal or commercial purposes. All expenditure is in line with PawWay NGO’s constitution.
3) Documentation and proof
All delivered goods and support are documented with photos and short videos confirming arrival and handover.
For monetary transfers, we keep invoices and receipts and include them in partner reporting where appropriate.
After each campaign, we publish a brief public summary on our website with key outcomes and selected images.
4) Reporting and partner feedback
After larger campaigns, we prepare a transparency report that may include:
- an anonymised online shop (WooCommerce) extract
- a summary of bank receipts
- photographic or video documentation of handover
Participating companies receive a tailored thank-you and an impact summary relating to their products and donations.
5) Ethical principles
All donations are used in line with PawWay NGO’s constitution to support animal shelters and animal welfare.
Donations are not used for personal consumption or business activities.
Supporters and partners may always request clarifications about campaign organisation.
We are open to suggestions that further improve transparency.
